🚦 Requirements to Get Started

Before booking your first private driving lesson, please review the following requirements to ensure a smooth and successful experience. These guidelines help us maintain a safe, legal, and professional environment for every student.

📝 Signed Waiver & Consent Forms

  • For safety and legal purposes, every student (or parent/guardian for minors) is required to complete the following prior to the first lesson:

    • General Liability Waiver

    • Parental Consent Form (if under 18)

    • Lesson Agreement/Code of Conduct

    You will be able to digitally sign these during the booking process, or we can provide them via email.

🪪 Valid Learner’s Permit or Driver’s License

  • All students must hold one of the following:

    • A valid Learner’s Permit issued by the state of Tennessee (or applicable state)

    • A valid Driver’s License (for refresher or advanced training)

    ❗ You must bring this document to every lesson. We cannot conduct a driving session without proof of legal driving eligibility.

💳 Payment or Deposit

  • To confirm your booking:

    • A deposit is required at the time of scheduling

    • Full payment may be made in advance or before the first session

    We accept:

    • Major credit/debit cards

    • CashApp, Zelle, or PayPal (include handles or links)

    • Cash (by arrangement only)

    🕓 Your lesson time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee unless notice is provided 24+ hours in advance.

👕 Dress Comfortably & Be Ready to Learn

  • Although not a formal requirement, we highly recommend:

    • Wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes

    • Arriving well-rested and alert

    • Bringing a positive attitude and willingness to learn!
